FIS ALPINE SKI WORLD CUP IN GARMISCH-PARTENKIRCHEN

Since 1970, the FIS Ski World Cup has taken place annually in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. At the beginning of February 2020 the time had come again: the world’s greatest skiers took to the famous Kandahar slope to compete against each other. The Kandahar slope is one of the most demanding race tracks in the Alpine Ski World Cup. Thousands of spectators cheered on and celebrated with the professional skiers who quickly raced down the steep slope – and in the meantime enjoyed a Benediktiner beer in peace.

FIS SKI FLYING WORLD CUP OBERSTDORF

The Ski Flying World Cup was held in Oberstdorf in February 2024. This year, the world’s best ski fliers took off impressively on the Heini-Klopfer ski flying slope. The 30,000 spectators were able to cheer on the athletes and watch the professional ski fliers in amazement as they performed breathtaking jumps – and, to match this perfectly, the attendees also enjoyed some time for the good things in life with Benediktiner beers.
